Guest Environment Expert

Position Overview

The Guest Environment Expert is entrusted with a broad array of housekeeping duties aimed at preserving the hotel's overall cleanliness and visual appeal to enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include attending guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning rooms and public areas, and other related tasks that contribute to creating a memorable stay.

Job Duties

• Deliver guest service requests responsively and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels for housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Engage proactively in upkeep activities across the hotel’s environment.

The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, in addition to manual handling tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
