Guest Environment Expert

Position Overview

The Guest Environment Expert plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and appearance to ensure guests have memorable and exceptional experiences. This role involves a diverse set of housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, fulfilling guest requests, and restocking supply carts. The individual must be proactive in maintaining welcoming environments throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Responding effectively to guest requests to enhance their experience.
• Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Performing physical activities such as lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods while actively completing tasks.
  • Adhering to workplace safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintaining professional appearance and communication standards.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a non-management full-time on-site position located at the hotel's Fort Lauderdale location. Employee compliance with confidentiality and company procedures is expected at all times to preserve workplace integrity.
