Job description
Position Overview
At Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, first impressions are pivotal. Our Guest Arrival Experts ensure guests experience a warm and memorable welcome upon arrival and a pleasant farewell at departure. This role involves delivering a comprehensive range of services that escort guests through their arrival and departure journeys, enhancing their overall stay experience with attentiveness and care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively assist guests during arrival and departure to create a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Handle various operational tasks including guest requests, reporting, and sharing local highlights.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance and communication at all times.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, confidentiality standards, and safety regulations.
- Engage actively and physically in tasks that may involve standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 50 pounds independently and over 75 pounds with assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
- No licenses or certifications necessary.

The role is based in Dubai, UAE (Airport Road, PO Box 10001). This is a full-time, non-management position requiring onsite presence.
