About the Role
The Guest Arrival Expert is essential in creating a memorable and seamless experience for guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. This role involves actively facilitating a range of guest services during arrivals and departures, ensuring each interaction feels personalized and part of a unique hospitality experience. Occupying this position means working within a team dedicated to high standards of appearance, confidentiality, asset security, and operational excellence in a safe workplace.
Location and Work Conditions
This position is based on Shurairah Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, requiring onsite attendance. The role involves physical activity such as standing, walking for prolonged periods, moving objects up to 23 kg independently, and handling heavier items with assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service on arrivals and departures, making each guest experience unique and memorable.
- Handle operational requirements and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Prepare reports and share local area highlights with guests to enhance their stay experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality in all operations.
- Perform reasonable additional assigned tasks to support the guest experience and business needs.
