This position demands at least a B2 level proficiency in German and is open for fully remote candidates based within the EU timezone, ideally close to CEST ±2 hours. Having a base in Germany is advantageous but not mandatory. The role lies within the digital accessibility and SaaS industry, focusing on creating an inclusive digital environment by leveraging AI-driven, accessible web solutions.
Role Summary
The GTM Engineer serves as a pivotal figure connecting technology, data management, and commercial strategy. Unlike traditional marketing or revenue operations roles, this is a technically intensive position managing the complete go-to-market outbound engine from data ingestion to turning buying intent signals into prioritized sales leads by employing automation, AI, and data enrichment techniques.
Primary Functions
- Design, enhance, and scale the outbound lead data and enrichment structures for international market targets.
- Create automated processes that detect the top 5% of Ideal Customer Profile accounts showing active buying behaviors, such as hiring trends or regulatory compliance movements, instead of depending on static lists.
- Build and maintain sophisticated automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom APIs and webhooks to reduce manual workload for sales teams.
- Oversee CRM data quality, lead scoring systems, segmentation, and seamless integration within HubSpot to ensure effective handoffs to account executives.
- Regularly test and implement advanced AI tools, scripts, and enrichment services like Clay to boost lead generation productivity and operational workflows.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years' professional experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar technical outbound roles in a B2B SaaS context.
- Proficient practical use of HubSpot CRM and data enrichment platforms such as Clay or equivalents.
- Skilled in creating API and webhook-driven automation through platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Comprehensive understanding of contemporary B2B outbound sales tactics including utilization of buying intent signals, lead scoring, and trigger identification.
- Fluency in English and minimum B2-level German language capabilities.
- Residency within the European Union or within a two-hour difference of Central European Summer Time to facilitate synchronous team cooperation.
Desired Additional Experience
- Knowledge of Python scripting or experience developing bespoke AI integration workflows.
- Background or familiarity with web accessibility standards, digital regulatory compliance, or the SaaS industry.
- Experience with account-based marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead intelligence software such as Leadfeeder or Lusha.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive remuneration with a base salary of up to €70,000 plus an additional €20,000 performance-based bonus, leading to a total on-target earnings of up to €90,000 annually.
- Fully remote work arrangement with flexible hours and 31 days of paid leave.
- Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technological suite including AI agents, enrichment tools (Clay, n8n), and HubSpot CRM.
- High level of autonomy as the main architect driving the outbound GTM machinery.
- A mission-focused workplace dedicated to promoting web accessibility for a global audience.
Additional Information
- Location: Full Remote within the EU/CEST ±2 hours; a German base is advantageous.
