Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls targeting business leads in the US sector.
• Present company solutions to prospects, generating interest and qualifying leads effectively.
• Maintain ownership of daily call objectives and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to acquire insights into global business development processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in English, capable of confidently engaging American clients.
• Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 and at least 18 years of age.
• Open to both freshers and experienced professionals with prior experience in US outbound calling.
• Adaptability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• A passion for career growth within the BPO and global lead generation sectors.
