Group Lead - Master Data Management

Role Overview

This position demands leadership of Employee Master Data Management (MDM) operations spanning multiple locations, with direct responsibility for a team of 15 members. The lead will primarily manage SAP HCM and Employee Central transactions, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Employee MDM activities across various sites.
• Manage a sizable team, promoting collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Oversee SAP HCM and Employee Central transactional processes.
• Conduct comprehensive data reconciliations and root cause analysis to maintain data integrity.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making.
• Implement robust data governance practices aligned with organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements pertinent to Employee Master Data.
• Provide stakeholder support and drive initiatives aimed at continuous process enhancement.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 10 to 12 years of experience specifically in Employee Master Data Management.
• Demonstrates advanced expertise in SAP HCM and Employee Central modules.
• Strong analytical abilities with focus on root cause analysis and reconciliation procedures.
• Well-versed with Management Information Systems reporting and data governance frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws relevant to HR data management.
• Experience supervising a team larger than 15 members operating across multiple locations.
