Group Commercial Director

Role Overview

This leadership position oversees the Group's entire commercial and procurement operations, driving profitability, optimizing cost management, ensuring contractual adherence, and managing supply chains effectively across all subsidiaries and projects. The role demands setting strategic direction for commercial and procurement activities that align with the Group's growth and business goals.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 to 20 years in commercial management specifically within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple projects and subsidiaries at the Group level.
• Significant leadership background in procurement and supply chain operations.
• A strong understanding of the local and GCC construction markets.
• Prior roles with general contractors or real estate development companies are critical.
• Expertise leading teams involved in Procurement, Estimation, Project Controls, and Claims.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Holding an MBA or a similar Master’s degree is considered advantageous.
• Experience working within UAE or broader GCC is mandatory.
