Group Classes Instructor

About the Role

We are a Sports Management company located in Abu Dhabi seeking a dynamic and energetic group class instructor to enhance our fitness team. This role involves leading group exercise sessions aimed at helping participants achieve their fitness objectives in an engaging, motivating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group exercise sessions tailored to participants' goals.
• Plan and implement structured group workouts incorporating warm-up, intensity peak, and cooldown phases aligned with music tempo.
• Create and maintain a positive, energetic environment to promote member engagement and foster a fitness community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or have completed high school education.
• Have a minimum of three years of experience conducting a variety of group classes including Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, CrossFit, among others.
• Ability to design training programs and coach correct exercise techniques for groups and individuals.
• Solid knowledge of exercise science, health, and wellness as applicable to the fitness sector.
• Hold Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
