Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, coordinate auditing processes, resolve accounting-related issues, and promptly implement recommended actions.
• Produce regular management and consolidated reports, analyze key variances, and develop well-founded recommendations for action.
• Provide support to national and international subsidiaries regarding accounting, reporting, and closing matters; assist in implementing new reporting and consolidation systems.
• Continuously optimize existing processes and systems to enhance the quality and efficiency of accounting and closing procedures sustainably.
• Support strategic financial topics and contribute to the advancement of group-wide governance and reporting structures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting under HGB and IFRS.
• Experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in standard accounting and ERP software systems.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a structured work approach.
• Fluent command of both German and English languages.
