Position Overview

We are looking for a Groundskeeper for Cuatro at City Heights in San Diego, CA. This full-time role entails maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and other community properties of multi-family residential apartments. The ideal candidate should prioritize customer service and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor and routine service requests as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, including support during unit turnovers.
• Regularly inspect the community to remove litter and ensure all common areas (lawns, planting beds, parking lots, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other interior shared spaces) are neat and presentable.
• Clear debris and leftover items from vacant units ahead of make-ready procedures, take trash to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or related work.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with residents and colleagues, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
