Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily activities to keep the park clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of park facilities such as amenities, camp kitchens, and playgrounds.
• Carry out grounds maintenance including landscaping, lawn mowing, and trash collection.
• Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep of park accommodations and related facilities.
• Oversee and maintain park tools and equipment inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff.
• Provide responsive and professional service to guest requests.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Prior experience in groundskeeping roles.
• Competency in building and maintenance tasks for grounds and facilities.
• Keen attention to detail ensuring safety and aesthetic upkeep of the property.
• Proficient in operating grounds maintenance equipment and power tools safely.
• Strong time management abilities and adaptability to work on a rotating 7-day schedule.
• Trade qualifications are favorable but not mandatory.
• Experience in pool maintenance is considered advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Employment offers are contingent upon receipt of a Federal Police Clearance.
• The role requires physical activities including lifting weights up to 20kg and handling chemicals and machinery.
