Position Overview and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily activities to keep the park clean, neat, and visually appealing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of park facilities such as amenities, camp kitchens, and playgrounds.
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks including landscaping, mowing lawns, and waste removal.
- Execute repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and infrastructure.
- Oversee the management and upkeep of park tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in groundskeeping roles.
- Proficiency in general building and grounds maintenance.
- Strong eye for detail to uphold safety and the park's aesthetic appearance.
- Capability to safely operate groundskeeping machinery and power tools.
- Effective time management and adaptability to work on a seven-day rotating schedule.
- Trade qualifications are preferred.
- Experience in pool maintenance is advantageous.
- Possession of a current valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Additional Information
- Candidates must provide a Federal Police Clearance before an employment offer is made.
- This position involves significant manual labor including lifting up to 20kg, frequent kneeling and squatting, handling chemicals, and operating machinery.
