Ground Operation Team Member

Role Overview

The Ground Operation Team Member plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day last mile delivery processes. This position involves receiving, accurately organizing, verifying, and distributing orders to assigned riders and drivers. The member ensures timely dispatch, maintains the hub's safety and orderliness, and promptly escalates any operational issues that arise.

Collaboration and Support

This role requires close coordination with Ground Operation Supervisors, delivery personnel, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted delivery workflows. The team member also helps manage peak-demand periods by ensuring operational readiness and addressing any challenges through timely escalation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent certification
• Between zero to two years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operational roles; candidates recently graduated are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary
• Basic competency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications and logistics software platforms
• Strong focus on detail and reliable time management abilities
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment
