Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to join our client in Blyth, delivering various ground maintenance tasks.
Primary Duties
- Perform strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and removal of ivy.
- Restock public facilities such as toilets with necessary items.
- Conduct litter collection around the premises.
- Ensure watering of lawns, trees, and plants is done routinely.
- Use pressure washing equipment to clean terraces, public areas, and machinery.
- Gather fallen tree branches and other debris to maintain cleanliness.
- Comply fully with Health & Safety standards and legislation.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory due to use of maintenance vehicles.
Working Pattern
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 7:30 AM, covering a total of 37 hours per week.
