Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping store shelves stocked and responding promptly to customer needs.
• Maintain and organize product displays and shelves to comply with company standards.
• Ensure accurate scanning of products, identify inventory requirements, and assist in the ordering process.
• Implement company-directed promotions and programs efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Experience and Physical Requirements

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Flexibility to work across various store departments and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is essential. The role involves frequent mobility throughout the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Employment Details

The position offers an hourly wage ranging between $15.90 and $21.95 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and location within the geographical region. Candidates must be 18 years or older and will be subject to a criminal background check. Handling of alcohol products is required, which includes stocking and cash register sales processing.
