Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and suggesting product uses.
• Keep products fresh, properly rotated, well stocked, and clearly labeled.
• Use equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, carts, hand trucks, and ladders safely.
• Assist with promotional displays and department presentations.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and safe department area.
• Support coworkers and contribute positively to the team environment.
• Follow all safety, security, and sustainability policies.
• Operate in alignment with the company's core values and brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of grocery industry experience.
• Enthusiasm for grocery products and maintaining an organized work environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a calm, positive demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and foster relationships with a diverse community.
• Dependability and discipline to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Clear communication and active listening skills, comfortable asking questions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (all days except Christmas).
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with good manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at USD 18.40 per hour, up to USD 26.85 per hour depending on experience.
