Key Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, orderly, and properly zoned grocery sections to ensure constant customer readiness.
• Regularly rotate stock and promptly remove expired or damaged items to uphold product freshness and quality.
• Accurately implement pricing, signing, and inventory procedures including ordering, clearances, markdowns, and labeling according to company guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations to keep a safe workplace.
• Fully stock merchandise, execute downstocking operations, apply product protection, and set modular displays including flexible modulars and shelf caps.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Remain flexible by working various shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and deliver consistent service.

Challenges of the Role

• Effectively manage high volumes of tasks during fast-paced shifts, including overnight hours, by planning and maintaining energy levels.
• Perform physically demanding activities such as standing for long durations, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and repeatedly stocking and organizing products with precise attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.
