Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise pricing and signage are accurate, following procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, and labeling.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols to uphold a safe and hygienic workplace.
• Keep the department fully stocked through merchandise stocking, downstocking as necessary, product protection application, and modular setup including flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Comply with health and safety standards and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Be flexible with work hours, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to support smooth store operations.

Challenges You May Encounter

• Manage high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced work setting, particularly during overnight shifts, while maintaining focus and energy.
• Handle physically demanding duties such as standing for long durations, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive activities like stocking, zoning, and organizing products, maintaining rigorous attention to detail and consistency.
