Key Responsibilities
- Promptly deliver guest-requested items such as toiletries, pillows, towels, rollaway beds, and cribs with care and attention.
- Manage professional shoe care by retrieving, cleaning, shining, and returning guests' shoes meticulously.
- Keep housekeeping storage areas, including storerooms, closets, and offices, orderly and well-stocked to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain guest amenities, ensuring rollaways, cribs, and similar items are clean and ready for use at all times.
