• Observe all food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning protocols to keep the work environment hygienic and safe.
• Stock shelves and complete modular displays, including flex modulars and new shelf caps, ensuring the department is fully supplied and presentable.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs and consistent customer service.

Challenges Associated With The Role

• Manage a high workload efficiently during fast-paced periods, ensuring restocking and recovery tasks are fulfilled accurately and timely.
• Effectively handle overnight shifts by planning to maintain energy and focus throughout the work hours.
• Meet physical demands including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency to uphold departmental standards.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.15.
