Key Responsibilities

• Keep the grocery area tidy, well-organized, and properly arranged to maintain a welcoming space for customers at all times.
• Regularly rotate stock and remove outdated or damaged goods to guarantee product freshness and quality.
• Accurately price, label, and sign merchandise according to prescribed procedures, including marking and clearance activities.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to sustain a safe workplace.
• Stock shelves and prepare merchandising displays, including completing downstocking and assembling modular arrangements such as flex modulars.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies to keep the environment hazard-free.
• Be adaptable to a flexible schedule, working shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.

Challenges to Expect

• Handle a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting, particularly during overnight shifts, to stay focused and energized.
• Maintain physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory items weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Repeatedly perform stocking and zoning duties with precision to uphold store standards.

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.
