Position Overview

As a Stocking 1 Team Associate at our Dauphin, Manitoba location, your role is to deliver outstanding customer service by effectively performing assigned stocking duties. This involves carefully stocking both picking and new merchandise while maintaining a secure and tidy work environment. Supporting your team, you will plan and carry out tasks strategically based on daily workloads and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting them with product selections, locating items, resolving issues, and appropriately escalating concerns.
• Assess and manage workload in your designated area of the store.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly signed and displayed to maintain modular consistency and proper shelf capacity.
• Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to enhance product availability for customers.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools for task completion.
• Contribute to workplace safety and cleanliness by following company policies, performing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area to facilitate efficient stock unloading.

Compensation

The base hourly wage for this position starts at $16.55.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
