About the Role
We are seeking a Greek-speaking Customer Advisor to join our Customer Support team based in Edinburgh. You will provide exceptional service to customers by assisting with travel-related inquiries including flights and hotel bookings through phone, live chat, and email, supporting both Greek and English speakers.
Work Location and Hours
This position is hybrid, requiring three days in-office at 1 Lochrin Square, Edinburgh, and two days remote work after initial training. Training lasts 12 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role demands a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email in Greek and English
- Resolve customer issues from initial contact to resolution with empathy and professionalism
- Handle multiple live conversations efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or quality
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and service standards
- Proactively identify improvements to enhance the customer experience and internal processes
- Embody company values throughout all customer interactions
Candidate Profile
- Fluent verbal and written Greek and English
- Experience in customer support, customer care, or contact centers preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask across chat conversations and systems confidently
- Comfortable working under KPIs and performance goals
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills
- Positive attitude with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Experience with CRM or customer service software advantageous
- Prior experience in travel or tourism is beneficial but not mandatory
