Graveyard Shift Kitchen Crew

Position Overview

Join our team as a Kitchen Crew member at our Victoria, BC location (3335 Douglas St, V8Z 3L2) with opportunities available for both permanent full-time and part-time roles. This position requires working the graveyard (overnight) shift with up to 40 hours per week. English language proficiency is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to food safety and quality standards.
• Efficiently cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products.
• Assemble orders with accuracy, even under pressure.
• Maintain stocked and organized workstations and ingredient stations.
• Manage refrigeration and freezer restocking and monitor food inventory needs.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, countertops, preparation surfaces, and utensils.
• Contribute to cleanliness in dining areas, restrooms, and nearby exterior spaces.
• Collaborate with cashiers, supervisors, and team members, ensuring clear communication during busy times.
• Help foster a positive and respectful work environment.
