Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content primarily for digital platforms such as Instagram and Meta. This role involves close collaboration with marketing and content teams to transform real estate data, property details, and promotional campaigns into engaging and visually attractive creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design advertisements for Meta platforms targeting marketing and lead generation.
- Create both static posts and carousel designs for Instagram.
- Produce visuals representing properties, ongoing projects, market trends, and educational materials.
- Conceptualize creative ideas while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Adjust designs appropriately for different social media specifications.
- Work collaboratively with marketing staff, accept and integrate feedback, and consistently meet project deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven graphic design capabilities demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
- Experience in creating social media advertisements and Meta ad creatives.
- Proficiency using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout principles, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret briefs into clear, persuasive visual messaging.
- Highly creative, attentive to details, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Qualifications (Optional)
- Formal academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
- Ability to understand and communicate in Telugu language (spoken or written).
- Previous experience working with real estate, luxury, financial, or lifestyle brand sectors.
Compensation and Work Details
This full-time, in-house role is based in Hyderabad with a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, depending on skills and experience levels.
