About Pepper Kids Therapy
Pepper Kids Therapy is a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering holistic client services including pediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across multiple clinics in Brendale, Eight-Mile Plains, Logan, and Upper Coomera, Queensland.
2027 Graduate Program Overview
We are inviting applications for the 2027 Graduate Program at our Brendale clinic. This initiative is designed to support new graduates as they develop their clinical expertise with structured support and professional development opportunities.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Base salary of $80,000 per annum
- Superannuation of $9,600 annually
- Professional development allowance up to $3,000
- Total remuneration package amounting to $92,600
Key Features of the Graduate Program
- Hybrid working model combining clinic-based and community outreach roles within a multidisciplinary team
- Two-week intensive induction with ongoing training and development
- Gradual caseload buildup with guidance from experienced senior speech pathologists
- Regular supervision: weekly 1:1 sessions for the first six months, then fortnightly, plus peer supervision
- Monthly in-service professional development hosted by senior staff

Qualifications and Compliance
- Australian work rights are mandatory
- Registration or eligibility for registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Completed degree in Speech Pathology
- Current or ability to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement
