Role Overview
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will engage with the entire system that processes funding applications—from data assessment models, APIs, to user interfaces—rather than only handling isolated components. This exposure offers a chance to deepen your expertise in areas that interest you.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of features by collaborating with design and product teams, building solutions, and shipping them to production.
- Develop clean, testable code with thorough unit and integration tests.
- Create new features to enhance revenue and user engagement while maintaining existing functionalities.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Drive technical discussions proactively and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency using Git and modern software development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming, React or similar front-end frameworks, and SQL or relational databases.
- Additional experience, while not required, includes RESTful APIs, testing frameworks, continuous integration/deployment, cloud platforms, and containerization.
Work Location and Policy
This position is based at our Dublin headquarters with a hybrid working arrangement initially requiring 3-4 onsite days weekly, gradually moving towards more remote flexibility over time.
Additional Information
- Anticipated start date is June 2027.
