Graduate Management Training Programme Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by managing booking reservations, resolving customer inquiries, and forming connections with a varied customer base.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities by networking with local businesses and cultivating lasting partnerships.
• Gain understanding of financial controls including cost management and evaluating profit and loss accounts to maintain profitability.
• Manage fleet and logistics with strategic planning aimed at enhancing operational performance.
• Lead and support team development by mentoring and training colleagues, with opportunities to supervise and advance team members as you progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant professional experience may serve as a substitute.
• You must hold a valid full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU. Provisions are made for candidates unable to drive due to disabilities.
• Your driving record must be free from any drug or alcohol-related offences within the past five years.
