About the Role
Join Amazon's Operations team as a Graduate HR Partner, playing an integral role in managing human resources at one of the world's most advanced fulfillment centers. In this fast-paced position based in Dunfermline, Scotland, you will influence how Amazon effectively connects people, products, and places and help scale operations responsibly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to Team Leads and Area Managers on people management topics, acting as a reliable HR resource.
- Serve as an accessible point of contact for Fulfillment Center (FC) Associates to address HR needs and enhance employee experience.
- Handle employee cases and investigations with adherence to local labor laws ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving workplace environment and increasing employee engagement levels across the site.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as High Volume Hiring, HR Shared Services, and Payroll to execute recruiting, hiring, and employee engagement programs.
- Work closely with the site HR team to design, implement, and maintain efficient communication strategies.
- Lead or assist in various HR projects from inception to completion.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on employee attrition, attendance, workforce management, and recruitment to support actionable insights.
- Perform compliance reviews and audits under guidance, applying knowledge of local employment legislation.

Your day will be dynamic, balancing direct HR support with leadership coaching and data analysis to inform strategic HR decisions. Collaborating across HR and operations teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the associate experience while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) department at Amazon is dedicated to delivering an outstanding employee experience while supporting Amazon's innovation and customer obsession. This team focuses on proactive and comprehensive people management to swiftly address employee engagement concerns and uphold Amazon's strategic goals.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree completed prior to start or within the last 24 months.
- Fluent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing) at C1 level or above.
- Academic or practical background in human resources or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Understanding of employment law, HR, and payroll practices.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR data responsibly.
- Skilled in managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in fast-moving, international, or rapidly changing environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a business context.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting for leadership.
