Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Position

We are inviting motivated Bachelor of Engineering graduates in Civil Engineering to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role provides practical experience on ongoing construction and infrastructure projects, guided by senior engineering professionals. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity to advance to a full-time Site Engineer or Project Engineer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision and the execution of civil construction activities.
• Help interpret technical documents such as drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor for seamless project progress.
• Record measurements, maintain site documentation, and support quality assurance checks.
• Contribute to billing processes, material tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and onsite protocols.
• Gain experience in project planning, scheduling, and basic cost estimating under mentorship.
• Compile daily and weekly progress reports for project oversight.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates of BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches are preferred.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of STAAD Pro or Revit is advantageous.
• A strong eagerness to learn and actively work onsite.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to relocate or travel to various project locations as needed.
• No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The monthly stipend ranges between INR 15,000 and 18,000 during the trainee period.
