Graduate Architectural Technologist

About the Role

An established architectural design consultancy with offices throughout Ireland is looking to hire Graduate Architectural Technologists to join their vibrant Dublin city center team. Selected candidates will collaborate closely with seasoned architects, designers, and architectural technologists on diverse projects that span from planning phases through to construction implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the team on a range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, advancing projects to the construction site stage.
• Develop practical, hands-on experience during post-planning and construction stages.
• Enhance understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning legislation through active project involvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree-level qualification in Architectural Technology.
• Some relevant industry exposure, including experience during academic studies, is desirable.
• Demonstrate sound technical expertise and knowledge of construction processes.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Revit software.
• Understanding of Irish building codes and planning laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to continue learning.
• Enjoys working cooperatively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in Ireland.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
