Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize ideas and develop visual storytelling for a range of projects.
• Translate business, product, and technology concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Produce and refine visual content suitable for digital and print mediums.
• Leverage design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint for creative tasks.
• Adhere to brand standards ensuring consistency across all design outputs.
• Partner with various teams to grasp requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Handle multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all creative work.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid grasp of design principles including typography, color theory, and page layout.
• Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently under deadline pressure.
• Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and develop professionally within a structured environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
