Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Grade 5 educators passionate about inspiring curiosity and creativity, dedicated to fostering student growth and development. Starting August 2026, this role offers the chance to join a progressive educational team and contribute to a globally admired school.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and present stimulating lessons that adhere to DAA's curriculum and global education standards.
• Implement innovative teaching methods that encourage critical analysis, teamwork, and a passion for learning.
• Adapt teaching tactics to effectively address the varied needs of a diverse, international student body.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support educational success.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment emphasizing kindness and global citizenship.
• Engage in reflective practices and cooperative teamwork to uphold superior teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Elementary/Primary) or equivalent credentials, such as a PGCE/PGDE or teaching license.
• Documented experience teaching elementary students, ideally within American or IB curriculum settings.
• Proficiency in inquiry-based learning and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and a collaborative, innovative approach to education.
