Role Overview

The Golf Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by combining hospitality expertise with knowledge of golf simulator operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging guests, managing orders, and supporting technical aspects of the golf simulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding entertainment and hospitality services to all customers.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations alongside handling food and beverage orders and service.
• Understand the operation of golf simulators, booking systems, and QR code ordering platforms, assisting with troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Represent both the venue and Savor Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Desired Qualifications and Traits

• Passion for golf or general sporting interests.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for learning and using new technology systems.
• Previous hospitality experience or roles involving direct customer interaction are preferred.
• Availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of one year experience in related roles such as sports coordination, hospitality, or event/entertainment hosting, or currently studying in a sport-focused field.
