Savor Group operates several of Auckland's top dining establishments, including Amano in Britomart, Azabu in Ponsonby and Mission Bay, as well as Bivacco on the waterfront, alongside Ebisu, Ortolana, Bar Ziti, Oji, and The Store.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance the online presence of Savor Group's prestigious venues. The successful candidate will oversee the group’s social media content calendar using Hootsuite, ensuring timely and brand-consistent posts across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the group’s social media calendar by planning, scheduling, and publishing content through Hootsuite.
- Contribute creative promotion and campaign ideas, collaborating closely with marketing teams and venue managers to bring these initiatives to fruition.
- Partner with internal design teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Coordinate and brief local content creators, photographers, and food experts.
- Create tailored captions for each distinct brand, maintaining their unique tone and voice.
- Engage with online audiences by monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages, directing bookings and inquiries appropriately.
- Analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and venue traffic and prepare clear, insightful reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in social media management.
- Experience with Hootsuite or a strong capability to quickly learn the platform.
- Proficient knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including a keen understanding of platform trends and algorithm changes.
- A portfolio demonstrating growth of social media accounts, content creation or commissioning, and measurable results.
- Ability to manage social media for multiple brands, each with their own distinct voice.
- Passion for food, beverages, and premium dining experiences.
