Job Overview

The role entails actively generating leads and acquiring customers for gold loan products by engaging with local communities, traders, and small businesses. This position requires frequent field visits and effective communication to explain loan products and processes to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, gather referrals, and explore local markets to generate quality leads.
• Identify and acquire new clients for gold loan services.
• Meet prospective customers including traders and small business owners within the community.
• Clearly communicate details about gold loan products including eligibility criteria, interest rates, necessary documentation, and repayment plans.
• Follow up on potential leads and successfully convert them into loan customers.
• Liaise with branch and credit teams to complete KYC processes, gold valuation, documentation, and support loan disbursement.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Consistently meet monthly targets related to lead generation, customer onboarding, and loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate daily records of activities and sales performance.
