Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a CASA Sales Officer to drive the acquisition of new Savings Account (SA) and Current Account (CA) customers. This role involves active field engagement, promoting banking products, and consistently meeting sales targets in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new customers for Savings and Current Accounts through proactive field visits, leveraging references and networking opportunities.
- Advocate and market various banking products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed predetermined monthly sales and account acquisition targets.
- Complete all necessary KYC documentation and account setup procedures accurately.
Eligibility
- Any graduate degree holder.
- Proficient communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Readiness to work in a field-oriented sales position.
