Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Sales Coordinator to join our Global Sales team in Invercargill. This role supports the North American market by managing sales activities for a significant customer portfolio. The coordinator will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure order fulfillment, achievement of sales targets, and maintenance of strong customer relationships. This position suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent organizational skills, and aims to build a career within international sales and commercial operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and annual sales plans for North American clients.
• Facilitate the successful completion of customer orders and shipping programs.
• Convey sales activities and customer needs to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Processing to align production with sales demand.
• Support meeting sales budgets and fulfilling customer commitments.
• Monitor market trends to aid commercial decision-making.
• Manage customer claims promptly and accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and sales forecasting.
• Establish and maintain strong internal relationships to deliver successful outcomes for customers and Alliance Group.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, well-organized, and enjoys teamwork across diverse business functions. Candidates with backgrounds in sales support, customer service, logistics, supply chain, operations or coordination roles are encouraged to apply, especially those eager to learn and focused on customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in processing environments (boning rooms, chillers, freezers, dispatch, container loading) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or related subjects are a plus; candidates pursuing such qualifications are welcome to apply.
