Key Responsibilities

• Steer the strategic sourcing and overall category management of IT Hardware, Software, and IT Services on a global scale.
• Craft and execute comprehensive category strategies while overseeing major supplier relationships and commercial contracts to ensure innovative and cost-effective procurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, R&D, Product Management, Finance, and Legal to align procurement with organizational needs, focusing on optimizing total cost of ownership and extracting value.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage high-impact contracts involving software licensing, hardware purchases, and service agreements.
• Incorporate sustainability, compliance, and risk considerations into procurement and supplier selection processes.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and advance category results.
• Ensure strict adherence to global procurement policies and governance, contributing to enhancing procurement tools and processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum five years of strategic procurement and category management experience, preferably within IT hardware, software, or IT services sectors.
• Deep expertise in IT sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Proven track record managing complex contracts and negotiations at regional and global levels.
• Strong skills in cost reduction initiatives and implementation of category strategies.
• Degree holder in Business Administration, IT, Procurement, or related fields.
• Proficient negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for spend analysis and project presentation.
• Familiarity with eProcurement or source-to-pay platforms and finance/ERP systems related to purchasing and invoicing.
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicate intricate procurement matters.
• Detail-oriented, structured approach with an international workplace mindset.
• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous but not mandatory.
