Position Overview

We are seeking proficient German-speaking professionals holding a C1 certification to join our voice-based process team at the Pune office. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced individuals eager to advance their careers by using their German language skills in a structured, process-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice interactions in German with internal and external parties, ensuring communication is clear and professional.
• Carry out daily operational tasks relevant to the position.
• Adhere to quality and compliance requirements as outlined by the process guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Accurately document all interactions and maintain necessary records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mandatory German language certification at C1 proficiency level.

• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts and take rotational weekly offs.
• Availability to join immediately is required.
