Job Overview
Engenda Group is seeking general workers to join a mechanical installation team for a substantial 18-month project based in Edmonton, North London. This role is ideal for individuals looking for consistent work hours and the opportunity to earn significant overtime compensation.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The working pattern follows an 11 days on and 3 days off rotation, with 10-hour shifts each day. The base hourly wage is £19.02, with additional overtime payments: 1.5 times the base rate at £26.63 and double time at £34.24. Employees are also eligible for travel allowances, bonuses, and holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting mechanical installation through general duties such as lifting, shifting, and maintaining cleanliness on site.
- Performing safety-critical roles including fire watching, hole watching, confined space topman duties.
Project Details
The assignment involves work on a Blue book site focused on a new build Energy from Waste facility, ensuring a structured and secure working environment.
