Primary Duties

• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel premises to ensure all equipment, fixtures, and facilities meet high standards.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest maintenance requests, covering electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Assist with routine property inspections and identify/report any faults.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety protocols and hotel policies.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support daily operations, handle breakdowns, and provide emergency repairs when necessary.
• Maintain tools, workshop organization, and keep precise technical documentation.
• Support contractors during maintenance or project activities, verifying quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in a technical or maintenance position, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Practical, hands-on approach capable of managing duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a cooperative team mindset.
• Technical certifications or trade qualifications will be considered advantageous.
