Role Overview

This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences within an empowered environment. The incumbent represents the brand during the entire guest journey, ensuring seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising and organizing children's activities throughout the year, both indoors and outdoors, while maintaining strict adherence to the highest standards associated with the EHG brand. The objective is to ensure every guest departs happy and satisfied.

• Execute all operational activities in compliance with defined service standards and procedures.
• Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations by going beyond standard service measures.
• Prevent and manage complaints efficiently, facilitating effective service recovery when necessary.
• Maintain proactive communication with team members with a strong focus on guest interests.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine customer-focused personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Have at least one year of experience in a comparable role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Demonstrate proficient command of English in both spoken and written forms; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Holds a minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred.
