About the Role
We are seeking dedicated General Practitioners to join Maari Ma Health Aboriginal Corporation located in Broken Hill, Far West New South Wales. This Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation focuses on delivering culturally sensitive, patient-centered healthcare within Aboriginal communities.

Team Environment
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Medical Administrative staff, visiting specialists, and allied health professionals. Consultations typically last 15 minutes but can be extended to 30 minutes when needed.
Flexible Employment Options
Employment arrangements are adaptable and may include salaried positions, contractor roles, or contracts via Sole Traders, Trusts, or Companies. Full-time onsite and FIFO/DIDO options are available.
Working Hours and Lifestyle
- Monday to Friday, typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- No routine after-hours duties or weekend work
- No on-call responsibilities
- Reasonable additional hours as necessary
- Flexible FIFO/DIDO options
Remuneration
Salaried positions start from $340,000 annually including superannuation, calculated over 44 working weeks. FIFO/DIDO arrangements offer $1,650 per day. ABN or payroll contracts are available.
