Key Responsibilities

• Carry out prestart checks, hygiene, and safety protocols as directed.
• Maintain product quality by identifying and reporting any concerns to the Line Supervisor promptly.
• Adhere strictly to company policies on knife handling, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
• Use knives and machinery carefully and accurately to guarantee safe and effective operation.
• Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and adapt to innovative practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Produce meat cuts and trims aligned with Kepak’s specifications, sustaining efficient line speed.
• Meet production objectives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards.
• Work independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, and reliability.
• Be physically capable of lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
• Operate machinery safely after comprehensive training is completed.
• Prior abattoir experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Show eagerness to learn, accept supervision, and assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Commit to workplace safety by following all rules and procedures.
