Role Overview

We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated General Operative to join our team on various projects within Dublin. The role involves assisting mechanical installation teams onsite, maintaining safety, orderliness, and operational efficiency across work zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to mechanical trades professionals with installation tasks on construction sites.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials and equipment safely.
• Transport and distribute construction materials throughout the site.
• Perform general labour-related duties to aid the team.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the workspace.
• Strictly follow all Health & Safety regulations and site protocols.
• Operate hand and power tools as necessary.
• Assist site supervisors and project teams when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in construction or similar onsite roles is preferred.
• Possession of Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications is mandatory.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to work across multiple locations in Dublin.
