Job description
Position Overview
The Facilities Department at LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice, is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the organization's physical infrastructure. This includes oversight of planned and emergency maintenance across buildings, ICT systems, plant machinery, equipment, grounds, and vehicles. Additionally, the department manages household and catering services along with meeting and conference facilities on site.
Role Details
- Employment is full-time, comprising 39 hours weekly.
- Permanent contract under Grade 5487 - HSE General Operative.
- Annual salary ranges between €36,407 and €44,087.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Must hold a Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in facilities or estate management, demonstrating proficiency and safety awareness in maintenance tasks involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
- Must be authorized to work legally in Ireland.
