Job Overview

As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2702 in Nixa, MO, you will be the face of customer service on the sales floor, welcoming shoppers and assisting them by offering tailored product recommendations aligned with their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and attractive displays in the Hobbies & Home Improvement sections throughout your shift. Tasks may also include mixing paint and cutting fabric as required to support customers and store operations.

Compensation and Work Details

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $15 to $28, ensuring the pay meets or exceeds the minimum wage standards of the job location. Additional earnings opportunities include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives and situational premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, which depend on factors such as schedule, location, season, or specific work conditions. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if eligibility criteria are met. Available shifts include Opening and Morning.
