Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional customer interactions by greeting shoppers, aiding in product choices, promoting items and services, locating merchandise, supporting purchasing decisions, and addressing or redirecting customer concerns.
• Maintain sales floor coverage by overseeing designated floor sections and supporting the Front End as needed while coordinating with team members to meet customer needs.
• Keep assigned zones clean and well-organized, relocate featured items to their designated modular spots, and handle recovery merchandise from Customer Service and other store areas.
• Stock products efficiently, complete downstock tasks, apply product protection measures when necessary, and establish and maintain modular displays, including flexible and new shelf setups.
• Follow company protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by conducting safety checks and securing displays and fixtures.
• Remain flexible with work hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to help maintain store operations and deliver consistent service.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Manage high workload volume in a fast-paced setting, including overnight shifts, by planning and maintaining energy and focus throughout your work hours.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long durations, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Execute repetitive functions like stocking, zoning, and organizing with detailed attention to compliance with store standards.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75.

Minimum Requirements
